Sept. 18 – Sept. 30 Wednesday, Sept. 18

10:31 a.m. - Parties into station to report a backpack taken out of the vehicle overnight. Backpack contained a Chromebook and AirPods.

11:11 a.m. - Female party drove on a dirt road looking for mushrooms to cook. Female’s vehicle was stuck and needed a tow to get free.

Thursday, Sept. 19

6:14 p.m. - Unwanted person on Pleasant Street. Party was sent on their way.

Friday, Sept. 20

5:10 p.m. - Party into lobby to speak to an officer regarding a worker at Market Basket she believes is providing alcohol, nicotine and marijuana to teenagers after work between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.

5:23 p.m. - 911 call for a lot of screaming, yelling and banging in the apartment above them on Pequoig Avenue. Officers checked residence and it was a 10-year-old who was upset and stomping their feet and yelling.

7:45 p.m. - Caller reporting there are people setting up tents on the common. Parties were advised to take the tent down as well as alternative housing options.

9:21 p.m. - Reporting party from Leonard Street reported suspicious person caught on camera in her yard. Officer spoke with the reporting party, unable to determine who was in the yard. Advised to call if the issue persists. Reporting party requesting extra patrols of the area during the evenings/overnights.

Sunday, Sept. 22

3:21 a.m. - Reporting party from Gibson Drive stated she believes there is someone in the woods outside her residence. Area checked, no issues.

12:03 p.m. - Female party into the lobby requesting to speak with an officer regarding four-wheelers traveling through an area on South Athol Road.

2:43 p.m. - Female party over 911 reporting a wire snapped off her house. Advised her that she is responsible for taking care of the wire as it is attached to her home.

Monday, Sept. 23

7:01 a.m. - Report of a coyote running in the road near Daniel Shays Highway and Coolidge Parkway.

10:32 a.m. - Report of a hit and run accident in front of Starretts. Party had car towed to their address. Officer spoke to the reporting party and viewed the damage, it was apparent that the car hit curb and was not hit by another motor vehicle. When officer told reporting party his opinion, she walked into the house and did not want to speak to him any further. A call to Dales Auto confirmed by their tow driver, the car hit a curb according to the operator.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

7:04 p.m. - Caller from High Knob Road reporting at least two males in the woods behind her house with flashlights. She stated this is the fifth night they have been there. Officers checked the woods and it was found to be neighbors from Dorset. No issues.

Friday, Sept. 27

6:10 a.m. - Caller from Dana Street would like to speak to an officer about stolen property. Male party reported that the battery was missing from his ring camera. Would like extra patrols of the area.

Saturday, Sept. 28

10:17 a.m. - Party in the lobby requesting a restraining order on behalf of her adult daughter stemming from an incident that occurred in Orange last night. Party advised her adult daughter needs to apply for the order. Party provided with a trespass packet.

Sunday, Sept. 29

9:21 a.m. - Female party reporting two dogs aggressively fighting. Male party attempting to break up the dogs but is unable to. Male party requesting an ambulance for multiple dog bites, stated he was bit behind his knee and on his shoulder.

2:33 p.m. - Female party reporting a guy riding a bicycle with a girl on the handle bars. Party stated they were driving very fast and going in and out of the lane of travel. Officer advised.

Monday, Sept. 30

7:14 a.m. - Female party from Raymond Place, reporting her vehicle was broken into last night and her wallet was stolen.

8:43 a.m. - Caller from North Orange Road reporting two of his vehicles were broken into last night, RP was headed out of town for a meeting but stated at least some change and a new shirt was taken. Will call back when he is back in town.

10:38 a.m. - Female party reporting she found a purse along with medical cards and a prescription bottle on the side of North Orange Road.

1:05 p.m. - Party in the lobby from Tremont Street to report her vehicle was broken into on Friday and her wallet was taken. She got her wallet back today due to it being found on a neighbor’s porch.
