Monday, July 31
7:53 p.m. – Caller from W Main Street area reported a female (description provided) that was yelling and screaming and throwing belongings on the sidewalk. Police responded and located the female party who was upset about her currently living situation and was being loud. She was advised of the complaint and moved along. She denied the need for any services that police could provide.
Tuesday, Aug. 1
1:08 a.m. – Daniel Shays Highway traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Johnny Lamar Wilson III, 21, for marked lanes violation and OUI-Liquor or .08%
10:22 a.m. – Police response to High Street where a motor vehicle operator was trying to back down the driveway when their slipper got stuck in gas pedal and the vehicle went off a four-foot stone wall. No injuries to driver and small damage to the vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
1:36 p.m. – Officer assistance requested at W Main Street where reporting party advised them that their package was delivered to a different apartment (and had a delivery picture). Reporting party had since found the package opened and empty in the outside trash bin. Police contacted other involved party and they will be returning the items.
3:03 p.m. – Caller from the Adams Street area reported that a man had proceeded to open her car door and came head first into the car. He reportedly stated they just wanted to kiss her because she was so pretty. The male party was located by police and his inappropriate conduct was discussed.
4:21 p.m. – Walk-in to the station requested to speak with an officer about issues they are having with a tenant in a house they had just purchased. Police responded to the East Main Street address and spoke with all parties involved. The reporting party was advised of the eviction process and instructed to bring the matter into housing court.

8:28 p.m. – Officer requested to W Orange Road area where reporting party made a complaint that the neighbor was disturbing his piece by doing burnouts on the road with his motorcycle. Officer advised subject of the complaint.
11:47 p.m. – Police mediated an unwanted person complaint. Reporting party had been staying under a bridge. They were gone all that day and returned to discover an unknown party utilizing his things and staying under the bridge. Situation was mediated by moving to the other side of the bridge. One of the involved parties stated they would be gone the following day.
Wednesday, Aug. 2
1:49 a.m. – Daniel Shays Highway traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jacklynne M. Dunn, 42, for marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
6:21 a.m. – E Main Street warrant arrest of Amber Desreuisseau, 26.
11:59 a.m. – E River Street caller reported they had received a scam call where it stated their grandson was in an accident and needed them to send money. Caller did not give out information.
8:49 p.m. – Joint call by OPD and APD with Orange reporting party to an Athol residence to retrieve iPhone and AppleWatch .
Thursday, Aug. 3
11:35 a.m. – Police responded to Chase Street to address reporting party’s complaint of their neighbor always yelling, swearing at their family including the reporting party, who works at home, and can hear it constantly.
Friday, Aug. 4
2:21 p.m. – Party into the station to speak with an officer about issues they are having with upstairs neighbor. Advised to contact OPD if further issues and have it documented. Also provided options via Harassment Prevention Order (258E).
4:31 p.m. – Report of erratic motor vehicle operator in the W Main Street area. Located by Police. Motor vehicle was dead, parked off the street but still semi-obstructing traffic. Based on the registration status, police requested the vehicle be towed and the plates were seized. The operator was advised of the complaint.
Saturday, Aug. 5
2:28 p.m. – E Main Street caller reported what appeared to be a female laying in the lawn of the bank, possibly naked. OPD responded and checked. All was ok.
9:21 p.m. – E River Street area caller reported observing a bear that went through the trash and then had climbed up a tree. Reporting party was advised to leave the animal alone and it should move along.
Sunday, Aug. 6
1:07 a.m. – Eagleville Road warrant arrest (on three outstanding warrants) of Jeremy D. Valcourt, 44.
Wednesday, Aug. 9
5:34 p.m. – E Main Street traffic stop. Warning given for failure to inspect and modified exhaust.
5:59 p.m. – Police assistance requested to E Main Street regarding terminating an associate for allegedly doing drugs in the bathroom. Police escorted the involved party off the property after being terminated.
8:55 p.m. – Caller from Main Street area reported cows were walking in the road. Police responded but cows were gone on arrival.
Thursday, Aug. 10
11:37 a.m. – Daniel Shays Highway warrant arrest of Dakota Michael Whitmore, 27.
12:07 p.m. – Station walk-in to report a tenant who was operating an ATV on the property and doing damage to the lawns and fields. The reporting party was advised to contact police when the activity is occurring so an officer can respond and take appropriate action.
2:46 p.m. – Alarm company notice of burglar alarm from Prentiss Street. Upon arrival police spoke with who person who was mowing the lawn, and was a family member of the owner of the property. Also, verified by one of the key holders.
4:25 p.m. – Shelter Street complaint of dirt bikes being ridden to access trails. Police advised advised the two juveniles to push the bikes to the trails in the future.
4:59 p.m. – E River Street area caller reported an individual riding ATV was on their property again. Officer patrolled, negative contact with any ATV.
5:11 p.m. – Police to investigate an incident reported by E Main Street caller of an older male who had gotten in her son's face when her son was outside in an attempt to get her son to fight.
10:09 p.m. – E Main Street traffic stop for operating without headlights on.
Friday, Aug. 11
12:33 p.m. – W Myrtle Street caller requested police response for a neighbor dispute over trees being cut down. Situation was mediated and both parties were advised they should speak with one another as there is a clear miscommunication that could be easily solved.
Saturday, Aug. 12
6:14 a.m. – E Main Street area caller reported that a male party (known around town) had come in complaining of a headache and then took off walking funny towards the center of town. He (description provided) also had left his bag behind. Police spoke with a family member who was en route to transport him to the ER.
3:44 p.m. – Police responded to Mechanic Street incident reported of their neighbor’s vehicle striking their fence. The reporting party requested the incident be on record due to an ongoing issue with their neighbors about a fence reporting party is putting up. After police spoke with the tenants, it was unable to be determined what vehicle may have struck the fence post. Police noted their appeared to be minimal damage to the metal post at that time.
9:37 p.m – W River Street traffic stop for defective equipment (head light).
10:21 p.m. – Report from Daniel Shays Highway of a woman banging on the walls and yelling help me. Police spoke with the female party who denied the need for any services and advised she would keep it down for the night
Sunday, Aug. 13
8:00 p.m. – E River Street area caller reported reporting an individual had been sleeping on the park bench for a long period of time. Caller was concerned for their well-being. Upon police arrival found the individual was out of food and drink, and assistance with those items was provided at the scene.
