PHOTO: Millers River reaches red line in Winchendon

The level of the Millers River approached the red warning marker on the George W. Kennedy Bridge on Route 202 in Winchendon Tuesday. Last year, the bridge was closed for most of a day when the river level topped the marker. Recent steady rains have caused the level of local rivers and streams to rise significantly.
