Hooray for the New England Learning Center for Women in Transition (NELCWIT)!

Hooray, hooray for the Ja’Duke Center for Performing Arts!!

Doing a fundraiser for such a critical and worthy cause is magnanimous — all proceeds went to NELCWIT. Doing a fundraiser in the professional, exciting, entertaining, skilled, and exceptional manner of Ja’Duke productions is/was simply a thrilling, heart-warming, and uplifting experience.

For the better part of two hours, talented and well-taught/trained persons of ages ranging from approximately 5 to 50 filled the stage with precision performances of dance and song, while filling the state-of-the-art performance space with dignity and delight, creating a captivating and joy-filled ambience.

The obvious evolution of Ja’Duke from its humble beginnings into a first rate, community performance venue, that rivals even some professional offerings in our region, is astonishing, a Franklin county wonder, and a gift to our entire community.
