4:50 p.m. - Motor vehicle stop at Templeton and Garfield roads. Male party issued a citation for passing in a no passing zone and marked lanes violation. Male party was tailgating and stated he got annoyed with the vehicle in front and did not want to deal with them driving slow, so he passed them.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

4:48p.m. - Officer out with a vehicle having mechanical issues on South Main Street. Smoke coming from left rear wheel, shock support rubbing on tire. Owner states he will be bringing vehicle home to fix the issue.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

8:12 a.m. - Caller from Swanzey Street reporting he has a video of people going through his yard overnight. Just wanted to let police know in case neighbors report an issue.

9 a.m. - Caller has two people on camera going through his vehicle on Prospect Street. Nothing taken but wanted to report it. Described as a male with a backpack and a heavyset female, both wearing hoodies.

12:19 p.m. - Party reporting two males about to fight. Described as a large male with bald head and shorter stocky male with black shirt. Party states a female was yelling at them to stop. Both parties continue walking and stated they were all set.

Thursday, Sept. 5

8:21 a.m. - Officer assisting at school for student arrival. While there, a motor vehicle passenger was smoking and threw her lit cigarette out the window in a high-traffic student area. Spoke with the owner of the motor vehicle and her mother who were advised of the consequences if it continues. Item was picked up by owner and taken with them.

Sunday, Sept. 8

3:45 p.m. - Two-car accident at South Main Street and Brookside Road involving a 2010 Honda Insight and a 2011 Honda Accord. Citation issued for failure to use care in turning.

6:20 p.m. - Caller from Washington Avenue reporting seven gunshots that just went off. Officer spoke with a party out walking his dog and he did not hear anything in the area; he had been out there for about an hour.

8:01 p.m. - Caller reporting three juvenile females banging on her door on Cottage Street, stating that there’s a phone at her house and she has no idea what they are talking about. Female calling stating there are six or seven people on her property. Two Phillipston officers checked the area, nothing found.

Monday, Sept. 9

3:01 p,.m. - Anonymous caller from Exchange Street reporting a large group of people screaming and yelling and drinking. No issues found.

4:13 p.m. - Caller reporting there’s a male party sprawled out on the steps that doesn’t look well. He is wearing a red shirt and a bunch of people are around him. The male party was checked on before this call and is all set. Party was up and walking around. No issues.

5:19 p.m. - Party found a bunch of $20 bills in the produce section of Market Basket. They were turned into customer service.

10:12 p.m. - Caller from Brookside Road reporting a party is going in and out selling drugs to the employees. Party is wearing green pants and a white shirt. Reporting party is staying on scene. Officer spoke to the manager, who stated it was her boyfriend playing video games while she was at work.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

11:11 a.m. - Caller from Stratton Road reporting a trailer on his property, stated it looks like there are people living in it due to trash being left around and air conditioners running. Trailer has padlocks on both doors, neighbor states trailer was left approximately six weeks ago and sometimes someone is dropped off late at night. Owner wants trailer gone. Will follow up at the end of the week. Requests extra patrols to identify who is living in the trailer.

4:44 p.m. - Caller reporting that a motor vehicle is parked in a spot that is assigned to her. Vehicle is legally parked in a handicapped space.

10:38 p.m. - 911 caller reporting a female party in his apartment that he would like removed, stating she keeps letting his cat out of the house. Reporting party calling 911 again stating same situation is ongoing, units advised. Reporting party on 911 for a third time, officers en route to residence.
