ATHOL — The annual Town Election will be held on Monday, April 1. All precincts vote at the Town Hall, 584 Main St. Polls will open at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

Nomination papers are available in the Town Clerk’s office. The deadline to return nomination papers is Monday, Feb. 12, by 5 p.m. For town offices, a minimum of 37 signatures of registered voters is required and a minimum of 50 signatures of registered voters is required for School Committee.

Offices to be elected are as follows:

■Moderator, one seat available, one-year term

■Athol-Royalston Regional School Committee—Athol, two seats available, three-year terms.

■Athol-Royalston Regional School Committee—Athol, one seat available, one-year term

■Athol-Royalston Regional School Committee—Royalston, one seat available, three-year term

■Library Trustees—two seats available, three-year terms
